Job description

Prospect Homes have an exciting opportunity for a Land Executive to work with the Land Team to identify and procure new land/development opportunities from initial sourcing, collating sales and technical information, assisting with site valuation and assisting with the legal process through to completion.

As Land Executive you will be responsible for land identification by way of review of Local Plan policies and monitoring planning applications. You will build and maintain a strong rapport with land agents, promoters and owners as well as assisting other departments including technical, commercial and sales as and when required.

With a desire to learn and a develop a rewarding career, the successful candidate will have an understanding of the planning system, the ability to communicate with a wide range of people and be proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. You will be results focused with the ability to take ownership of tasks and an excellent team player who can work flexibly to meet business requirements. A driving license is required as is the need to attend occasional out-of-hours meetings/events.
