Oct. 29, 2019

If moving into a brand new home in time for Christmas wasn’t tempting enough, how about £5,000 to spend on food and drink too?

The Ridings, located within walking distance of Longridge town centre, has a number of homes ready and waiting to be moved into just in time for Christmas and not just that, a £5,000 Aldi voucher is also up for grabs for the first buyers who purchase one of the available homes.

Developer, Prospect Homes, has partnered with Aldi who are ideally located next door to the development, to give the lucky buyer the chance to have all the food and drink they could wish for this Christmas.

Sam Williams, head of sales at Prospect Homes, says: “This is such a great opportunity for buyers who want to be in a new home in time to cook their first Christmas dinner plus just think of how long £5,000 will last you past Christmas and into 2020.”

Situated in the charming market town regarded as the gateway to Ribble Valley and the Forest of Bowland, phase one of the development includes 26 homes, with seven of them currently primed to be called home.

The Lucerne is a four-bedroom home, with a kitchen/dining room and a separate lounge, perfect for growing families. All bedrooms are doubles, including an en-suite for the master bedroom plus a good-sized family bathroom, meaning everyone will have their own space to escape and relax in. This house starts from £280,000.

The Brookline is another four-bedroom home complete with an impressive lounge and separate kitchen and dining area. Upstairs is the master bedroom, two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. This home has plenty of storage space both downstairs and upstairs plus an integrated single garage. The Brookline is price from Brookline £255,000.

And last but by no means least, is the three-bedroom Woodrush. Priced from £190,000 it is ideal for first-time buyers or young families, this home has a spacious lounge/dining room overlooking the garden while the separate kitchen is at the front. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a bathroom.
Sam Williams continues: “The Ridings is in such a great spot with Longridge town centre close by plus schools for all ages and the M6 motorway less than 10 miles away so it’s perfect for commuters too.”

Part exchange is available at all Prospect Homes developments as well as Help to Buy meaning homebuyers only need a 5% deposit, and the government will lend up to 20% of the purchase price of your new home.
