Customer Care Is Key at Prospect Homes

Feb. 06, 2020

Leading UK house builder, Prospect Homes, has appointed a new customer care operative to provide an efficient after sales service to customers.

With a commitment to providing customers with a five star service, Prospect Homes, whose headquarters are in Speke, has recruited a multi-skilled tradesman who will resolve customer issues.

Taking charge of the developers after sales service, the dedicated operative will work across the sales outlets in Cheshire and Lancashire to fix any issues in one go.

Samantha Williams, head of sales at Prospect Homes said: “At Prospect Homes, we support customers, not just throughout the buying process, but afterwards too.

“Instead of waiting for a number of tradesmen to turn up, our new operative will work to solve problems with as little fuss as possible and allow customers to continue to enjoy their Prospect home.”

Kirsty Merrie, Customer Care Co-Ordinator, says that this move will help to provide a streamlined service to customers: “The fact that we have recruited a tradesman for this specific role means the processes will become a lot smoother, making the customer experience much better.”

This is further investment in Prospect Homes’ customer service following the recent appointment of three new members of the senior management team.

Prospect Homes is currently building in Longridge, Clitheroe and Alsager.
