First homes go on sale at Clitheroe development

Oct. 04, 2017

The first homes have been released for sale at a new housing development in Clitheroe.

Prospect Homes is building a collection of new homes at its Rose Gardens development off Woone Lane in the town.

The developer is currently selling the homes from its Strawberry Fields development in nearby Gisburn, where a selection of three-bedroom homes are now available to buy.

When complete, Rose Gardens will comprise a total of 57 homes, ranging from three to four-bedrooms in size.

Christine Kynaston, Sales and Marketing Director for Prospect Homes, said: “We’re delighted to release the first homes for sale at our new Rose Gardens development off Woone Lane in Clitheroe.

“The development benefits from an excellent location, less than half a mile from the town centre, and interest from prospective buyers has already been extremely high.

“The homes at Rose Gardens have been carefully designed to reflect the character of existing properties in the area, and will feature the high standards of workmanship and quality finishes for which Prospect Homes is renowned.

“We are looking forward to soon having a sales presence at the site off Woone Lane for our visitors to speak to, but in the meantime buyers interested in the first phase of homes can contact the sales team at our Strawberry Fields development in Gisburn.”

A selection of three-bedroom and four-bedroom detached homes are currently available at Rose Gardens, priced from £216,500
