For married couple Jan and Kat Hejny (both 33), a quick scroll through their Facebook feed led to the start of their journey into their dream family home.
The couple, who have been together for 15 years, wanted somewhere to start their family in an area where they could enjoy nature and the great outdoors. They found what they had been looking for at Prospect Homes’ development Pennine View in the village of Denholme on the edge of the Bronte Moors.
“Since we got married we’d been thinking about finding a place where our children will be raised,” said Jan, “Then we saw the advertisement on Facebook - with pictures of the house we then went on to buy!
“We made an enquiry and booked our appointment with Julie, which we thought could be a great name for our baby. Our first show home viewing was magical. We absolutely fell in love with the house and the quality of the build, and the spectacular surrounding area - this was the house we’d been searching for. It was love at first sight.
Jan and Kat turned their dream in to a reality using the Government Help to Buy scheme, which is available for eligible buyers on the remaining Prospect Homes properties in Denholme.
Pennine View is now in its final phase with a range of 3 and 4 bedroom properties remaining, all built with Prospect Homes’ renowned quality and attention to detail.
“We’re so pleased that Jan and Kat have found a place to start their family at Pennine View,” said Head of Sales Samantha Williams. “Their smooth journey into their new home is a real testament to the dedication of our sales team in Denholme.”
