A new community is forming at a housing development in Alsager as homebuyers continue to make their move.
Building work is continuing at Hall Drive Park, a development of 128 properties currently being built by Prospect Homes on the land to the south of Hall Drive in Alsager.
The development has already proven popular with buyers, with a quarter of the homes now completed and occupied, as the Liverpool-based housebuilder releases further three and four-bedroom homes to help meet the local demand.
Christine Kynaston, Sales and Marketing Director for Prospect Homes, said: “We are proud to have helped so many buyers find their ideal home and start a new chapter in their lives at Hall Drive Park.
“Since we announced our plans to start building in Alsager, demand for our three and four-bedroom freehold properties has been very high, in particular from families who have children they would like to attend Alsager School, an Outstanding rated school by Ofsted.
“Given Alsager’s proximity to the M6 coupled with our range of high-quality homes at our development, which is within walking distance of Alsager’s town centre, it’s no surprise that Hall Drive Park has been so successful.
Hall Drive Park comprises three and four-bedroom houses, an on-site play area, and when complete will include two areas of green open space.
The government-backed Help to Buy scheme is available on all plots at the development. The initiative enables buyers to secure a home with a five per cent deposit and a 75 percent mortgage. The remaining 20 percent is provided as an equity loan, which remains interest-free for five years.
