Why choose EasyMove?
It makes selling easier
Selling a home can take a bit of effort. But with EasyMove, we handle everything. From getting your home on the market through to completion, we’ll do it all.
We’ve got the know-how
We’re used to selling homes and dealing with estate agents so we’ll be aiming for a quick sale, and at a price you’re happy with. So you get to tap into our expertise for free.
Less fees to pay
To help you on your way, we’ll pay your estate agency fees (up to a value of £3,000). That gives you more money for your deposit or to spend on your new home.
Secure your dream home now
Once you’ve signed up to EasyMove, you can provisionally reserve your Prospect home. So you won’t miss out while you wait for your existing home to sell.
EasyMove is a hassle-free way to sell your home, especially when you don’t qualify for part exchange.
How it works
Step 1 – Valuing your home
Once you’ve chosen your new Prospect home, you can provisionally reserve it. In the meantime, we’ll arrange for your existing property to be valued.
Step 2 – Appoint an estate agent
Next, we’ll appoint an estate agent to work with us on the sale and marketing of your home. We’ll work with the agent to make sure your home is sold quickly, and at the right price – keeping you in the loop along the way.
Step 3 – Sell your existing home
Once you’ve accepted an offer on your existing home, you can then formally reserve your Prospect home. From there, you’ll go through the usual steps of buying and selling a home. We can recommend a choice of independent financial advisors and solicitors who’ll help you through the process.
Step 4 – Move into your Prospect home
When the purchase of your new home is complete, we’ll pick up the estate agency fees for the sale of your old home. Now, all you need to do is move into your Prospect home and celebrate a new way of living.
