EGGSTRA SPECIAL EVENT FOR HOUSE HUNTERS IN BURSCOUGH THIS WEEKEND
MOVING to a new build home in Burscough is plain sailing and it’ll be showcased this weekend at Bridgemere.
We’re welcoming visitors to the development this Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st March to explore the show homes and even take a boat trip along the canal.
Prospect’s head of sales, Sam Palin, said: “One of the biggest selling points of Bridgemere is its canal side setting so we thought what better way to let potential home buyers experience this than organising a boat trip.
“We’re working with Lancashire Canal Cruises to really show off all that Burscough has to offer and the type of lifestyle that will come with living at Bridgemere.”
As well as taking a trip on the canal, visitors can also explore the two show homes – the Cleveley and Sawley.
Both show homes are four-bedroom detached properties with integral garages. The Sawley and Cleveley have spacious kitchens and dining areas at the back of the properties alongside a separate W/C and utility room. The lounge is at the front, as is the integral garage. Upstairs each home has four double bedrooms, with the main bedrooms having their own ensuite plus a family bathroom.
Sam continues: “Bridgemere is a lovely, small intimate development of just 54 homes and they are proving to be incredibly popular with house hunters so we’d urge anyone interested in moving house to come and explore Bridgemere.”
Visitors can book on to the boat tours that will leave from Bridgemere on Orrell Lane and travel up to Burscough Wharf and back again.
The first boat will leave Bridgemere at 12pm and then depart every 30 minutes with the last boat trip leaving Bridgemere at 2.30pm. The return trip will take approximately 30 minutes.
For anyone who can’t make the Easter event, the show homes and sales office at Bridgemere are open every Thursday- Monday from 10am-5.30pm. To find out more information call 01704 468388 or visit www.prospecthomes.co.uk/new-homes/bridgemere for more information.
