As our Site Manager with Prospect Homes, you would be at the frontline of our mission, allowing us to deliver on the big ambitions we have as we approach our centenary.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

The difference you’ll make
Due to continuing business success and growth, Prospect Homes are recruiting a permanent Site Manager. Due to the nature of the role, high levels of industry health and safety legislation along with an in depth knowledge of the latest NHBC standards and Building Control standards is essential.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for a specific residential development concentrating primarily on open market sales, the management of subcontractors and finishing the product to a high standard while also assisting all other parties in inspection processes. You’ll ensure that the company’s Health and Safety policies and legislation are encompassed within working practices as well as that the build programme target dates and number of plot completions are achieved or improved. The customer’s journey in purchasing a Prospect “home” will provide high satisfaction due to you and your site based personnel’s contributing efforts.

So, who are you?
You have solid knowledge and experience in compiling development programmes and health and safety in the open market residential development market. You are able to demonstrate a track record in open market customer care and quality of build through experience. Through the years, you have built up a thorough knowledge of the latest NHBC published standards and Building Control Standards and documentation.

You will possess strong IT skills and have good organisational and communication skills with the ability to relate to all levels of staff and stakeholders, whilst also maintaining a keen desire to work in a quality driven business.

Although not essential, achievements or recognition within the sector and a proven track record in residential new build with differing methods or a trade background would be desirable.
