Before you attend your appointment on site or reserve one of our new homes, we look for all customers to be qualified for mortgage purposes by one of our panel financial advisers. Once you have spoken to them you are under no obligation to use their services, however we do ask that you are financially qualified by a panel firm before your appointment. This can be done by telephone or via an online mortgage checker. One of our panel brokers have a “60 second mortgage” checker available which will ask you a few questions and provide you with mortgage and credit decisions from a range of new build mortgage lenders. Please also arrange to “book a call” once the system provides you with mortgage quotes and RSC New Homes will them call you at the agreed time and date to complete the mortgage qualification requirements. With your permission they will provide us with evidence of your mortgage affordability.
