SUNSHINE SAVINGS IN LONGRIDGE

WHILE summer nights may seem a while off, the last four homes at The Ridings are giving homebuyers the chance to save almost £3000 on energy bills a year with the help of solar power.

The last homes all come with solar panels installed as standard, meaning homeowners could save 30% a year on their energy bills.

“And this is on top of the energy savings new build homes already bring due to needing less energy to power and heat” says Prospect’s head of sales Sam Williams.

Wondrwall, the company who install solar panels on our homes, say a house with solar panels installed could see a 30% reduction in energy bills equating to approximately £340 per year*. This is in addition to new builds saving homeowners £2600** per year on household bills compared to older properties.

“This means that buyers of these homes at The Ridings could save almost £3000 on energy a year,” continues Sam. “Energy savings are big on everyone’s radar at the moment and with an annual saving like this, we think these homes will sell very quickly.”

The final homes are three and four-bedroom detached with some overlooking an area of green, open space. Prices start from £265,000.

The popular Bembridge is a family home that has a large open plan kitchen and dining area plus a separate utility room. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms with one smaller bedroom. The main bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom. This home is priced from £290,000.

The development offers a great location, close to Longridge town centre and less than 10 miles from Preston city centre, making it ideal for commuters.
