BRAND-NEW HOMES HEADING FOR THE RIBBLE VALLEY

 In News

An award-winning developer will breathe new life into land on the outskirts of Whalley by providing much needed high quality, energy efficient homes.

Offering a rural location and surrounded by picturesque Lancashire countryside, homes on this exclusive development, named as Mitton Grange, will go on sale this summer, thanks to Prospect Homes.

The new build development will regenerate land in the area, currently home to boarded up properties and wasteland.

An established developer, Prospect Homes, has been granted planning consent for 50 three and four-bedroom homes.

“As a house builder we are thrilled to be regenerating this piece of land, giving this part of Mitton Road a much-needed face lift and bringing high quality energy efficient homes to Whalley,” said Nigel Yates, managing director at Prospect Homes.

“In addition to our focus on quality and a passion for detail, we are introducing an exciting new opportunity with brand new designs and layouts and new house types which feature an uplifted elevation.

“With only 50 homes, in a sought-after rural location, with great links to public transport, we know this is going to be a very popular development.”

Mitton Grange is ideally located for families on the edge of the village, with a range of schools, shops and stunning countryside nearby.  Offering great road and rail connections to Preston, Manchester and Blackburn, Whalley is known for its ancient Abbey and historic Tudor and Georgian buildings.

Prospect Homes is part of the Riverside Group and all profits from sales of new homes are given back to the parent company to invest in social value initiatives and communities across the UK.
