DEVELOPER has released five more homes in Leigh after initial properties were snapped up in weeks.

Prospect Homes’ development, Brook View, saw such huge demand when it launched at the beginning of the month that the developer has released the next lot of homes to give as many opportunities to buyers as possible.

Homes at the development, off Bettison Avenue, are currently being sold off-plan from estate agents Cooke and Company, located on Lord Street, until the show homes and sales office launch early next year.

Sam Williams, head of sales at Prospect Homes, says the homes have launched at a great time for buyers in search of a more suitable home as well as first time buyers who may want their own space: “When the first lockdown ended we saw an influx of buyers coming to us looking for a home that gave them more space after spending so much time at home and the same thing has happened again during this second lockdown.”

The next homes to be released include the four-bedroom detached Bembridge and Cavendish house styles as well as the three-bedroom detached Heather and Herriot styles.

The Cavendish is priced at £267,000 and is ideal for families. Downstairs there is a spacious kitchen and dining area overlooking a private garden plus a handy utility and cloakroom. There is also a separate lounge and integral garage.

Upstairs there are four double bedrooms, the main has an en-suite while the others share a family bathroom.

The three-bedroom Heather is priced at £217,000. Downstairs there is a spacious kitchen and dining area, separate lounge and cloakroom. Moving upstairs the main bedroom has its own en-suite while the other two bedrooms share a family bathroom.

“The Heather is a perfect home for first time buyers or alternatively those who have found themselves in house that’s too big now their children have fled the nest. If not all bedrooms are needed for sleeping, one of the bedrooms would work really well as a study to cater for those who are now working from home a lot more,” adds Sam.

Brook View will deliver 57 new homes in Leigh that are ideally situated to provide buyers with everything they need on their doorsteps. Spinning Gate Shopping Centre is less than two miles away and there is also a Tesco and Aldi close by.

Brook View has excellent commuter connections being just one mile from the East Lancs Road that leads to major motorways making commuting to Manchester and Liverpool very easy.

All of the profits from the sale of Prospect homes are invested in The Riverside Group to finance their social value work and support some of the most vulnerable in the community.
